Guys, I need some support on this one to justify the changes I have made in the way we charge the juice, instead of 200 at £100 + £12 to make the £20k GTE, we need 224 at £90, so your help is appreciated! I would like to make this event a regular Saturday affair between our £150, £500 and third party events, Simon has really gone to town giving players 15,000 chips and using the new £150/£500 structure but on a 30 min clock, we need to see how it runs with the extra 5 levels, it may be more appropriate to use a 25 min clock or reduce the chips to 10,000, Simon is going to track it, we are a massive believer than the extra 5 levels we have added to our structures are more important than the clock and chips after the detailed studies we have carried out over the last 4 week on average BB etc, we have literally tracked avg BB and players remaining throughout every level of every comp we hold, oh, since the GTE is < £50,000, deals on ICM Chip Count are an option, although our comps rarely deal nowadays which is wierd as players have the option is most of our comps.

Cheers Rob

If i arrive at 7pm any predictions on what level it would be now with the new structure and weather it would be worth it at all?
I reckon it will be 300/600/75 so you will have 25bigs with regards the weather I'm not sure  Wink

you new what i meant ill blame it on the dyslexia! although the weather will determine wheather it is worth it or not as it would take longer to get there!
Yh I knew and I suppose it depends on if you are happy starting with 25 bb's!  GL if you decide to play.

Im not happy with it but i have work at 6pm and i quite fancy a tounement rather then lolbad cash at g casino sheffield!

I was planning on playing this, but if not playing it will encourage you to change the juice back to how it was before, I'm happy to give it a miss. Smiley
sorry skippy but support rob and the club and get your ass to dtd on sat ...the juice thing makes everything easier and its one of the best things dtd have done!
Last time I saw a begging letter like this it ended up with 1650 runners and a £1.1 mill prize pool Smiley

Playing Sunday but have to go shopping to Donny and Leeds Saturday but will try my best to get to Dtd and support

Yeah, whinge moan complain :-)

I'd just prefer it that you stuck to explicitly describing it as £90+£10 on the website, rather than just describing it as £100, cos that's what scammers do (I know you've been quite clear, but other places do it as a scam).

I've also heard you've made the weekly comps £50 again, which is much more like it.

Sigh, I just wonder what goes through your brain that you feel the needs to even mention the words "scamming" in a reply to a post in relation to me. I think that's a pretty disrespectful response TBH. You are of course, entitled to your opinion on how we run things here, as I am entitled to be offended that me describing a comp at £100 is what "scammers do", when all I am clearly doing is reducing prices for all players whilst keeping the same £20,000 GTE for an event that is now £12 cheaper.

Just to reiterate, I am not accusing DTD of dishonesty.

And if you (skippy) are so worried about potentially losing some of your winnings why not invest the £12 saved in someone elses action.

There's no pleasing some people.

The club is listening to players and changing and improving things. The tournaments are great value, professionally run with the best guarantees anywhere.

I'll be there tomorrow

U would want them to buy in the most they will play
I don't think the 12£ makes that much difference

But only my opinion.

Saying that I am gonna play at Dtd when ever I can cos it's the nuts

I will be playing.

TBH with my limited roll I would rather play £100 inclusive than £100 + 12.
