Peter Meldrum's chips easy come easy go

He raised with A-10, Mo Sadiq 3 bet with 9-9 and Meldrum called

flop 10-x-x flop.

Meldrum led into the 3 bettor, Sadiq called

9 on the turn

Meldrum led and called a shove

Wakas Islam limps UTG for 300

Vittorio Carratu calls

Anon 1,600

Carla Goddard calls the raise on the button, bringing both the limpers along

The flop is wet wet wet

Checked to the Anon raiser who leads for 2,200

Goddard bumps it up to 7,000

Her three opponents fold quicker than you could ever guess

The Sweet Little Mystery of what Goddard has is resolved when she flips  for middle set

I never realised that were a fan of my old mate John Martyn.

Hugh Black is out

J-10 into J-J on K-J-6.

Flop action and his stack size left him no choice to go all in when Alex Jones 3 bet the flop

Seema Bhandari raised UTG to 2,400 playing 25,00

Wadey makes it 5,600 in the big blind

Bhandari 4 bet to 15,000

Wadey thinks

asks him "have you got Aces?"

shrugs his shoulders, shoves comfortably covering his opponent

Bhandari has got himself pot stuck and calls all in with A-2

I do a double take

Yes, its A-2

Wadey with Q-Q flops K-Q-J and holds on 8-6 turn and river to go to over 130,000 with a cheery chirp along the way

Shelley Bedi and Wadey Ashraf clash blind on blind

Shelley raises the small blind to 3,000. Wadey calls

Shelley leads for 4,000

Wadey makes it 9,000

Shelley calls

Shelley check calls 11,000

river

Shelley shoves 28,000

Wadey stands up in disgust

"sick"

"unbelievable"

"what are you doing dealer?"

"all night dealer"

He throws in six purples convinced it is a bad call

shows

Shelley has the lower straight

and looks at Wadey, arches an eyebrow as if admonishing a toddler, and leaves in silence

Meanwhile Dominic Palinczuk, pictured and Elaine Cockburn play out a monster pot

Pal raises, Cockburn calls

flop 10-K-J

Pal bets, Cockburn raises, Pal shoves and call

Pal A-Q for the nuts

Cockburn 10-10 for the set

Broadway holds for Pal on the 5 and 9 turn and rivers

He might have to cancel his appearance scheduled for tomorrow night at the Nottingham Playhouse in Grease.

Hows Tom doing Tighty?

20,000

I keep walking past, waiting for the double up or the executioner's chop.

Nothing if not patience is Mr DOG.
