Why the vast majority of people visiting the public restrooms at Walt Disney World Resort don't wash the their hands. Filthy animals.

Yeah I don't think that part is right. It was more that the trousers were big so they would fall down if you tried to run. Nothing to do with being 'up for it'. Pretty sure that isn't always your choice in the harsher prisons in the US, South Africa, etc.

fyi you don't get much choice in soft prisons in this country. Wink
