Hi there, this is my first post, glad to come aboard if thats alright
Been playing online for about a year now and want to move to playing live more (played in vegas for a week won $1000, probably beginners luck)
Just wondering if Notts still have a beginners night or a cheap £10-20 freeze out, friday or saturday nights.
thanks a lot, awesome site

Hi Jonny, welcome to blonde.
Just a shot in the dark, but you don't happen to work for Radio Derby do you?......
I have a nasty feeling about this......

Phew, that's a relief! A guyt I met today said he may join the site, but as events turned out, that may have been a bad thing......

The £20 rebuy is a bit manic. The £30 is probably safer. Good luck!

Hello and welcome to Blonde.
Full notts schedule is here:
http://blondepoker.com/forum/index.php?topic=5384.0
I recommend the weds night game - £20 buy in with 1 rebuy allowed, 6k starting chips and 25min clock.
It's also no smoking night, which is nice as the cardroom can be very smokey, although if you smoke that may be a downside.

We have alot of Notts blondites on here including myself so there is normal someone there. The 3 choices for a live beginner IMO are Tuesday Nights which is £10 NL rebuy limited to 3 rebuys (so max spend is £40). Or as outlined below here Wednesday nights and Sunday afternoons. Welcome to Blonde.

Sundays and Wednesdays don't. Tuesdays do we often get 121 runners (max capacity). I would get there about 6:15 for 7:30 start on Tuesday to be sure.
