I remember just before leaving the army I had a mobile phone! (for two months or so I never paid the bill)
We rang the local pizza shop whilst on exercise on Salisbury plain  and gave them a grid reference ! They never came!

There are variuos ways of quoting coordinates so you might find this tool useful for converting between them.

Also shows it on Google maps if needed.

Really curiuos as to why you need this.
