We need your help

Customer satisfaction is a very important aspect in the daily business of the bwin Customer Service department. Just as bwin continually strives to expand and develop its offers and product line-up, we also constantly work to improve the quality of customer services. This is why your thoughts and opinions are important to us.

How satisfied were you with the quality of customer service you have received? We would like to invite you to take part in a short customer survey which we have developed together with the independent market research institute marketagent. It will only take a few minutes to answer the questions in the survey.
Click here for the survey ...

We would appreciate it if you could play an active part in the further development of the Customer Service department at bwin and would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your support.

Kind regards,
Your bwin customer service team

PS: Should you have any questions, please don't reply to this e-mail. Please contact the Customer Service department directly..

Obviously a standard e mail.... but are they really so ignorant that they fail to realise how bad they are  ?    Smiley

PS  Where the hell is my £1000 ?
