Team_Eureka's Vegas Escapades!

From this week onwards, the "Team Eureka" World Tour will be arriving in dribs and drabs to Las Vegas, Nevada! It all started in Prague back in March 2011, and since then there's been Slovenia (with a foray into Venice), Greece, Thailand, Prague again, Marbella, and now were about to hit the States.

We're planning on using this thread to track our progress, both as something for us all to look back on, and to keep people informed (incase anyone's actually interested) about what we're up to. Hopefully it will also serve as a useful vehicle for organising some nights out with other blondes, hopefully there will still be some England games to watch while were out there!

From a personal point of view, I don't really know what to expect, I've never been to Vegas before (think I'm the only one out of the lot of us who's not). All I do know is, I've never looked forward to anything more before in my life. Anyone who knows me will know how much of a keeno I am with cricket, so for me to take a 3 week holiday in the middle of the summer must be for something pretty special! If the previous Team Eureka trips have been anything to go by, this is going to be completely epic, can't imagine how its going to be even better this time, but I just know it will be! (if you ask Mitch nicely I'm sure he'll gladly post the video of me pledging my allegiance to never missing another one)

I'll be back soon to post some team profiles, but for now a couple of pictures just to whet the appetite!

Introducing first, from West Bridgford, weighing in at 150lbs:

Staying:
He's with team Eureka from June 28th-July 13th

Bio:
Keith instantly asserted himself as the leader or "Silvertopback" of the Team Eureka band of poker players by taking down the inaugural Eureka Poker Tour event in Prague back on our first trip in March 2011. That coupled with the fact that he brings the money for all the buyins and is significantly older than the majority of our parents, had led him to also assume something of  a father figure role towards some of the less practical members of the group (me), and can often be found flabbergasted by the immaturity/stupidity of those around him. He'll be spending his first week in Vegas with his lovely girlfriend Helen before realising that in spite of himself he does love hanging around with us, and comes and chills with us for the remainder of his stay.

Playing?:
Will likely been found in a couple of the higher buy-in tournaments, telling who-ever will listen how much he hates them, and the rest of his playing hours will probably be spent tearing up the nosebleeds

Claim to Fame:
Has appeared on Sky Sports playing poker (below), also he keeps saying he won his old companys pool tournament twice in a row!

Most likely to:
Win an absolute shedload and still come back with less than he started with

Favourite Saying:
Wellllllll... you know  (in middle class brummie sort of accent, while flailing arms around)
