Used to fly with them bout 5 times a month, flawless pretty much. Mind you there was one time I was dressed like a ned (so I didn't get kidnapped in Lagos) and one of their girls came up and told me I was in the wrong queue (for Business Class). There's no apologizing your way out of that one.
Always found their cabin staff exceptional. One hostess came and took our meal away from us before we were finished it, telling us 'we had had plenty of time and were doing too much talking', then came back and sat down with us to share some wine. (True story).
I did see one act of rudeness, but it was pretty justified. Some guy was being a right dick with the cabin girl, treating her like scum just because he could basically, sending the meal back twice, and just giving her a lot of aggro. Came to disembark, she's standing there with her nice hat and gloves and smile, being nice and cheery 'goodbye, thankyou, goodbye, thankyou'...Angsty tosser is up next and gets a nice smile and a 'Fuck Off' from her. Instaglowers with a 'I don't belieeeve it!' at her. She keeps up her smile and murmurs 'And neither will anybody else'. Smiley

When I was 5 years old, my mother always told me that happiness was the key to life. When I went to school, they asked me what I wanted to be when I grew up. I wrote down 'happy'. They told me i didn't understand the assignment, and I told them they didn't understand life.
