Culmination of a stag do is Newmarket tomoro night, any tips please post here as when you're a professional poker player everyone assumes u can go through the card at the races! Will check this thread before we get there so fire away...

5.40 Minstrel Lad @ 16/1
6.10 Had a small neg for the favourite "beatable if any of the newcomers are average or better". Nothing very lively on Betfair though. Probably best to stay in the bar. Couldn't back the jolly with stolen money at the price.
6.45 Elusive Flame @ 7/1 Probably the best bet of the evening.
7.15 I really fancied Dinkum Diamond here, but he's horribly weak on the machine.
7.50 Rafaaf @ 11/2. If strong on the machine near the off.
8.25 Horrible race. You should be mangled by this time. If anyone else just wants to bet the favourite take their money to save them walking to the books.
8.55 Don't fancy any of the favourites at the prices. Suggest a small bet on Schoolmaster @ 12/1. Could easily be a big priced winner.

Number 5 every race. If N/R, smallest racecard number possible (i.e. topweight) Not bad on course, very effective in sweeps  |
