monsieur royale in the second race

was told before debut this is a very nice horse, had the worst draw that day and played up beforehand but still ran better than reported (given a very easy ride) must admit i was hoping it would be aimed at an easier maiden! but has a good draw and wouldnt be 20-1 in an easier race

Cheers HP, I believe it's not the best meeting, just going for beers but nice to have a winner or two. Will keep an eye on Cheveton ty.  I quite fancy     Close At Hand in the first but just realised there's an odds on fave, doesn't bode well.  Still, you never know.

Cheveton - I think it prefers a bit of cut in the ground. It will be at it's lowest handicap mark for quite a few years though. My e/w bet would be on Bertoliver. Similar to Cheveton but prefers it a bit firmer. It was 6th tonight at Epsom in a race won in 54 secs and it now has a 3lb claimer on board. If it runs it'll be fit.

think you will see a different horse in the goldolphin Roayh  in the 4.40. dont forget this horse ran 2nd to the top rated Farhh last year . At the weights i can see this one running well on better ground than good. The fav in the race Hajras looks fairly decent too but would prefer softer going . Recommend doing Roayh each way at decent odds if not too much rain getting into the ground.  gl : )
