Cincy -3 for me today was the only thing I found on the card but even that is only a small fancy. Does anyone like anything?

Trappy card. Lots of 7 to 10 point dogs I just couldn't bring myself to recommend

Terrell Suggs has just been announced out for the Ravens in the pick em game in Washington at 6pm. This is a huge loss as it is his pass rush threat and speed on the outside that stops RG3 going mobile

I feel the Redskins are a fast improving team and at -1 (would prefer 0, obv) feel they are aminor interest v Baltimore

From what I see of Johnny football, and what draft pundits write, there is confidence he could run a RG3 type offense.

Early days, but I think there is also scope for him to go pro at the end of next year (iirc). In this way he could minimise the risk (which has happened with Matt Barkley) of staying in, having a bad year on a worse team, and seeing his rep suffer

Interesting to see the Heisman Trophy being won by a freshman for the first time (I can't see any reference to him being a true freshman, so I assume he must've red-shirted for a year).

I'm not sure if it's a good thing or not for his long-term NFL prospects.  Surely his stock can only fall from here on out until the time he makes himself draft-eligible?

Too small to be an NFL QB surely?

That was the big concern that everyone had about Russell Wilson this year, but he's defying the doubters so far.  It's a disadvantage, yes, but doesn't make it impossible.

I would also use Michael Vick, who's an inch shorter at 6ft tall, as another counter-example but would need to time-warp both of us back to 2009 first.

Blimey, he's over 6ft?

That clip is the first time I've seen him play, I would have guessed 5 9!

I think 10/11 Detroit getting 7 would be a bet, not sure we´ll get it though. At the moment, nothing I like at the cuurent spreads/prices. I´m on Baltimore +3 (Suggs a huge loss) and Cleveland -4.5 from earlier in the week.

Points wise: Under 40 (Will Hill :-) San Diego @ Pittsburgh looks the best of an about right bunch.

There may well be more scope for Johnny Football by the time he gets to the NFL with the QB position evolving. There is a lot of resistance in the NFL that being succesful revolves around the QB being a tall protypical pocketpasser and that college football gimmicks don't work because of the athletic ability of NFL defences.

I am actually really looking forward to seeing Chip Kelly in the NFL and what he does offensively. I don't think it will be exactly what we see him run in college but a hybrid of that and more traditional pro style.

Chip Kelly is meant to be Eagles bound? Maybe that just seems like the right fit (and he might actually use McCoy properly)

I think a great fit for him is Carolina, with Cam and 3 decent running backs.

The Eagles aren't go to keep Vick and Foles isn't his type of QB, tho I am sure McCoy would be delighted to have a run first head coach.

Not a huge amount of love for him, based on the forums/podcasts I've listened to, but there doesn't seem to be any consensus candidate at the moment.

The only name that excited me was Sean Payton, when news of his contract situation first broke.  If there was any chance of it happening I'd move heaven and earth to get him if I were Lurie, but other fans have used the argument that big name free-agents didn't exactly work on the playing side over the last two years.

The biggest issue would be getting him ahead of the Cowboys if he left the Saints, and it's a massive long-shot, but I can still hope for now.

What a game we have on Sky Sports.

Gutted to see RG3 go off injured though, looked nasty, hope he hasn't torn his knee ligaments...

what a game that was, he played on on one leg for as long as he could!

Redskins going to be huge fun to watch for a few years from here

Genuine contenders once they draft some more weapons for Griffin
