MP3 open raises to 2K (85K stk)
CO flats
BTTN reraises to 7.5K with AA (150K stk)
SB shoves (17K stk)
MP3 raises to 34K
CO folds
BTTN ?

I raised enough to put MP3 all in and eventually he folded JJ,  I wonder if I should let him see a flop and then get it in, but if overcards flop I guess he is folding, the flop was 8 or T high so I think I could have busted him but is that being results orientated?

I've done no maths, but I suspect you are better off having his 30k in the pot as dead money than you are of having 84k in there live, so you should jam and hope he folds.

Secondly I think the chance you will get any more out of him should the flop come down is pretty minimal- you just can't be bluffing into this dry side pot (i.e. you wouldn't  bet this flop with AK against two other all ins to thin out the field). So all you are really doing is giving him a chance to hit his J for free, rather than either a) get in 85k bad or b) leave 30k of dead money in the pot.

Just joined this forum and your post stood out to me so I thought I'd drop my first comments and view.

I think more info is needed, your perception of the situation and the villains profile. If your prepared to take the risk for the rest of his stack, then letting him see the flop will almost certainly get it in. However, he is sure to shove the flop and he now stands a chance of outdrawing you....aghhh!!!.... Even worse if the flop comes say    you could find yourself folding to his shove when regarding his possible holdings. Oh yer, you said T high ok..... he shoves and your without club... You still call a flop shove?

The extra 17k from his 4bet freerolls you against the short stack so a 5bet shove is probably your best option, there's plenty of better spots to relieve him of his chips later on. Many smaller skirmishes provide momentum and resources that eventually wins a war

It's live pokerz so if you're good at the old speech play you could make out you've got a difficult decision (basically try to rep ak) before you shove. He might fancy his chances in a flip.

Alternatively just min 5 bet to 51k and see if he fancies getting fruity.

With the way it's played so far and with what's in the middle, whatever you do won't be a mistake.
