Jedi fighting beside the Wookies - surely then Chewbacca would know that Han was wrong not to believe in them when he was mouthing off in Star Wars. The droids having been Anakin Skywalker's could have been explained by a memory wipe I suppose, but it was just too coincidental. There was just too much intertwining of characters who we'd already seen meet in the Trilogy.

A lot of the Expanded Universe stuff is written better than most of the six core films and miles ahead of 'The Clone Wars' film.  Don't even start me on 'An Ewok Adventure' which is much more canon than the EU.

Some of it is. Some of it is terrible.

We're the old republic games by EU writers? They are pretty incred.
