Lol at the notion that Buckley is better than Zaha.

We had him at Watford and bit Brighton's hands off when they offered us £900k or whatever it was.

Did you not got to Watford V Brighton? Guess you'll have to watch him r4pe a new asshole into the next fullback at the end of December Another example of the player marking him who got booked and subbed off - taken off at HALF time. Hopefully Cassetti or whoever it was plays in the next game, will be fun

The last two players Palace shipped out (Bostock, Moses) haven't really done much.

Toasty life if you haven't 'done much' yet get snapped up by the European Champions!

Palace fans think Zaha is better than Bale. They also thought Moses was the best thing since sliced bread (hes not).

Zaha can't create chances and doesn't have a great scoring record so struggling to see what the fuss is all about.

What makes it worse Ant is that one of those used to support Palace but moved to the dark side!!

Without seeing both players week in week out it is not possible for anyone to compare as all players can have an off day.
What i will say though is that in 25 years of watching Palace i have not seen a player as skillful or someone that excites the crowd like Zaha does, and that includes Ian Wright and Andy Johnson.

And just lol at the comments re Bostock and Moses from Anthony!
Bostock left us at the age of 16 before we could even bring through his talent because his head was turned by money.  And Moses, well he established himself in the Premiership before being signed by the European Champions!  Would love to see how much the last 2 players Brighton produced through their academy and then sold on have done!

I just spat my tea all over my computer reading that comment.

I for one believe that Zaha still has a lot to learn, he can be very petulent and loses his head when things go against him. He is by no means the finished article but to even compare Buckley to him is just an insult.
Do you seriously think that Roy Hodgson has ever even considered putting Buckley in an England squad??

What? I have supported Brighton and gone since the age of 4.

Where have I bigged up our youth policy? You are the ones who say its basically the best in the country when you have only produced two players (one whose a bench warmer for top 6 side) and another whose a championship player.

Gareth Barry from our youth academy, and done more than any Palace youth product ever will.

He has chucked him in in an attempt to lock him up in 4 years time.

If you read what i have said Zaha has more potential. He isn't better now, he spends half the time diving and moaning.

Would be scary to see how many Murray would score with Buckley helping him out.

Cassetti is a bad match up for Buckley as he has no pace.  They'll put Doyley on him, or Neuton I'd imagine.
