Sky have a slick production, well see how in depth or not as the race progresses. Still prefer OGE backstage pass videos.

some performance from dennis, quickest average Km p/h in history of the race! first loser of the tour on dumoulin, but can't fault him, very tight between top 4 in todays stage. current bets are mollema top 10 and top benelux, kwiat top 10, sky in team classification, sagan green jersey and rodriquez not to win a stage (will be hiding behind the sofa for stage 3 in particular!) will get involved in yellow and KOM in-play, and some big prices on the individual stages.

Didn't expect a ride like that from Dennis, think the early start & tail wind helped, but great ride anyway.
Kwiat, sigh, poor from him.
Today, had earlier thought Greipel may be value for the stage, but seems wind & rain likely. Cancellara & Trek could try & disrupt the stage to engineer a chance to take yellow?

Nibali 31 secs down. Quintana 1.03. 40km to go.
this is dramatic for an early stage!

crosswinds worked their magic here! still very early but certainly put Quintana and Nibali on the defensive. Tomorrows stage has the potential to be a cracker also, finish up the mur de huy https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CdUhAHhWwTY

Tomorrows stage has the potential to be a cracker also, finish up the mur de huy https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CdUhAHhWwTYI'm expecting plenty of mayhem for this stage. The fight for position on the Côte d’Ereffe on narrow roads will surely bring down more than a few riders. OGE & Cannondale certainly have this marked as stage win. GC teams will also want to be at the front. Winner needs to be in the top 20 on the approach to the Mur de Huy. Think I'll be looking to get involved in play, see how the race is shaping from 20km to go. Special eye on Sagan, not to be discounted.

Heavy crash(es), seems inevitable these days such is the pace the teams attack & fight for position.
