Will you be listing the qualifiers, real names that is, and chip counts, from the online Day Ones each day as they happen?
Hi David
As with the Deepstack online Day 1, we will post the chip stacks that make it through without names.
Cheers Nicola
this is a gud point
Hi Nicola
I'm puzzled by this. Can someone please explain why this is how it was on this month's DS and why it is to be this way again? For the record, the February DS online qualifiers were fully identified.
thanks

Hi All,
I want to clear this up as easy as possible, correct we did publish online names and screen names in February, However since then we have had customers express there concern over giving out this information publicly.
We have now decided that online 1A players making day 2 will not be published automatically, all players names will go into the tourney on day 2 and then people interested in who is who will make there own enquiries.
If a player chooses to be anon we have to action that.
Cheers

I echo Nick's comments totally. We allow players in our live events to be completely "anon" in the DTD Club, so if players want to keep their identities away from forums and press we have to respect that, both live and online. Online Day 1 players don't know who is going to qualify from the live Day 1's so I don't see any disadvantage to the live Day 1 players - in fact they have the advantage of chip count information over the Online Day 1 players. If you are really interested, just rail the online comp!
Cheers Rob
P.S. - any predictions for Grand Prix numbers?

hi Rob,
i predict 2400 runners, smashing gtd by 20k.
someone said 3000, that would be amazing and think with 5 x day 1's being online this is more than possible, even hitting 3500 (maybe
)
£175000.00.
i agree with all the rules about forfeiting stack and also giving up min cash too, i kinda get the feeling though alot of players will not be aware of this so maybe a pop-up message online on day1 just before the tournement starts explaining these key rules??
online day1's are guna be crazy to play and rail.
oh and glad it was dropped to £50 too rob

Nicola
Just to clarify
You play the first day 1 and end up with 100k
You decide to have another go on another day 1
Is your 100k forfeited no matter what so if your second day 1 leaves you with 50k you are then on 50k and if you bust out on your second day 1 (as your first 100k has been forfeited) you are out of day 2 completely?
This is how I read it
Please can someone clarify (again!!) As per the above example, if someone have 100k in 1st Day1 and plays 2nd Day1 and just got 50k - I read somewhere that the LARGEST stack of any of the Day1 gets carried forward to Day2? Am I wrong

Yes, the second you register another Day 1 you forfeit your stack AND your min cash.

Hi Vinodh
As soon as you decide to re-enter you totally forfeit your previous attempt so can never get your previous stack back.
The idea of the new rule is solely for players who make it through by the skin of their teeth and only have say 5Big blinds if they play day 2. This gives them the option to try again and build a playable stack. We don't expect a 100K stack to forfeit it and re-enter.
What you have to remember is that you also forfeit the min cash as ALL players on Day 2 get paid. If you forfeit your stack and re-enter you also forfeit the £150 min cash so it's there as a back up rather than a option we think lots of players will take. We are not encouraging it just allowing the option
Cheers Nicola

I have no idea what any of that means but I'm pretty sure you'll bink the 2000 runners with a decent margin.
Good luck!!
Ah that's cleared it up nicely. Makes sense now. Still think you'll smash it.

Seems like an awful amount of Sattelite winners are undecided when to play.
