The reply I have from iPoker is -
"Please advise the player to check his firewalls and security settings as different software they can be all different. The software is working fine and we have had no other reports on this. There must be something on the players PC causing the issues.
Feel free to contact us if you have any additional questions."

Didn't work I afraid, I turned off my firewall and antivirus and had the same problem. Happy to explore any other options they throw at me.

iPoker need to be told that all the ipoker skins are working OK - it's just the DTD one that's having the issue.
I think you're going to have to completely uninstall it from your computer and then reinstall, but this might involve manually deleting some files to completely remove it.

Weird thing is it was fine a couple of weeks ago, it just randomly started doing it.

Get not one but two pop up boxes to tell me what I already know; that I have just entered a torn. If these things auto closed after2 seconds I wouldn't mind but very tilting as is, particularly when multi tabling. Obv not read thread if already mentioned. Ty.

There needs to be an auto add on button and a pop up when the add on is available. At the moment it is easily missed, every time I play ISPT Sats people miss the add on.
