99.9% it's a case of meh, next.
Did once make contact with my desk with a clenched fist to see a glass full of juice go airborne, I lol'd.
Couple times expected the mouse to be broken post smashing it off the desk.
+1 one to internet disco's being much more tilting than bad beats.

Realising an hour later that you haven't reopened one of your sites just adds to the fun.

in live games i don't tend to react either way, whether i am on the wrong or right end of a bad beat - the fist pumpers need to get a life imo.
at home i just tend to mutter obscenities under my breath when someone gets there after doing something ridiculous, but can definitely see the tilt knock-on effect on subsequent hands for a short while if its pretty bad.

Fist pumpers are 100% more tilting than bad beats imo, it's the one thing I really detest about live poker....

In live games in brutal spots like coolers I act in a way I can't express but will try. I got KK into Matt Frankland's AA in November, in my biggest pot ever, not by a huge margin due to a hand where i flop the nuts in omaha and it went on the river, late into a session but apart from that clear by like £1200 or so. So a brutal pot that really needs the stars to align to happen. Its his first session afaik and I haven't seen him since, combined with the game being nut busting good all night until his arrival. I was in for my most ever at a bit of a bag having been stuck a chunk all night and topping up to my comfort level in accordance to Moby's stack size. I win it all back and we get chunks of bigs in. I stand up, drink my tea, go for a piss come back cash out my pittance and come back only to say "I'd love to chat, but i just can't." and walk out, head down. Dejected maybe?
Sorry for tl:dr I just started typing and it all came out, therapy ftw.

I usually charge around the house, in every room at least twice while muttering about how bad i run. The worst thing for me is that when i tilt, i tilt about tilting!! Never ending cycle when that starts, usually leads to snap shutting the laptop.
I have been known to throw some shapes when delivering a bad beat though, only twice and was both v chat box warriors. The next 5 minutes watching the chat box is usually great as well, especially v the ones who get more annoyed by the fact you’re not replying!

Once a thing's been done, it's been done. So why all this nostalgia? I mean, for the 60s and 70s, you know, looking backwards for inspiration, copying the past. How's that rock 'n' roll? Do something of your own. Start something new. Live your life now.

Used to get angry but now its all very meh, onto the next one.
Do remember 2 years or so when I was under it and I was in some online comp with 30k ftw with 10 left. Got it in with AA v KK and I lost to a straight with an A on the river completing it. I did throw a cup full of cold coffee at the wall.
Day to day tho, especially online cash its all very meh. Online I might mutter FFS but thats really it. Sometimes I get a bit wound up by beats in MTTs but again after a few seconds usually I forget about it. Helps if I'm playing tonnes of tables.
Don't think i react too much live either but then again I can't see me so can't really judge it!

Live: a sigh and maybe a muttering of well played
Online: raise voice and swear a lot but don't hit/smash anything
