Out of interest Des, have you ever had to refuse/ban/tell someone off for pretending not to be a pro and playing?

APAT has always been a really good natured community focussed type of tour, so I presume you don't worry too much about that.

It's largely self policed, but once or twice we've had questions asked about certain players and had a friendly discussion with them.  On the two or three examples that this has happened the players have always had a good justification for playing.  That would have been true in S1 also when the payout structure was very top heavy and a player would have had to win an event to have paid for their weekend.

Would a "pro" be allowed to play some of the more obscure tournaments? Not that I particularly consider myself pro but I'd love to play some live 7CS at some point. And o8 but no way under the pro definition would I be allowed in that.

Is there any info on whether or not this is now full?

This was reserved full last night when I was at DTD. However, Des was saying that he would recommend seeing if there are any seats at DTD at 5pm.

It starts at 6pm and will last approximately 6.5hrs.

Not the amateur titled events, but we had a couple of open events in the WCOAP also.

Enjoyed this thanks for running it.

Sorry I left the final early, but

a. I was really tired (and rather emotional after the delights of a free bar at the City Ground all afternoon)

b. The players in the final were really good

c. I had already endured 4 hours longer than my usual tolerance level for cash games.
