Incidentally, Marcel doesn't hold any of the highest denomination chips. Yellow chips are woth 1k, but his stack is entirely made up of 25s, 100s, and s single 500.
This is mainly because that Marcel continually refuses to give his opponents change. I think he likes to have a big stack in front of him, even its made up of lesser valued chips.
Perhaps he wants to try and scare people off or enhance his table image?
A worthwhile tactic?
So wierd I was talking about this with a norwegian guy at Luton tonight - he said the same - and it was because it was more difficult for people to know how much he had and also it was more imposing. So strange that we were talking the same topics......

I suggested that Jen plunges in for a chappy chippy count, but I'm afraid it'll take her a lot longer than my totty chippy count.
ps. If the last remaining female in today's field makes it to the end of the day, I'll eat my hat.

Here are some other counts, as they break yet another table and we hit the 72 mark...
Henrik Olander 18,500
Jonas Molander 12,200
Markus Gonsalves 45,000
Anders Lembing 10,700
Luca Pagano 25,500
Ram Vaswani 19,000 (or thereabouts, he's still on the telly)
Anders Andersson 8,700
Odd Bjarte Lavik 12,275
Ken Lennard 36,000 (and looking as relaxed as if he were in the jacuzzi and not midway through an EPT event)
Anders Osterstrom 19,800

I have to just say that the totty chippy count was at no point anything to do with me. And all the ladies but that one have vanished in the last two hours so I reckon he's got an easy job of it.
On the TV table, Claus Hrouda-Rasmussen (glad I'm not announcing) just doubled up with quad aces. I think his opponent held nines to his AA and both sets hit the flop, but it was all most definitely over when the fourth Ace came on the turn. Bet that gets on TV.

Well, I'm not wearing hat, but if I was, I'd make sure it was made out of something edible incase I had to eat it.
I'm off to check on this Anina lass. My spider senses tell me that I shall be returning to report the exit of the last remaning female. Then the comp can start for real.

Claus is the one almost totally obscured by the camera in this picture. This is still what that table looks like though and both Ram and the gentleman to his left are making the same face this time.

About as likely as Snoops forthcoming raid on the remainder of the buffet?

My spider senses let me down.
This Anina lass is still in, but she's clinging.
She's dripped down to 5k.

The players are now on a 15 minute break.
Blinds are currently 300 and 600 with a running ante of 75.
There are 68 players remaining.

Unfortunately, she's on the feature table with Ram and you can't get round the back for a clear shot.
