Mac help

Hi bought a mac off a guy yesterday.

I need to log in but it won't let me because I need his password. Lol.

Any way to get around this rather than waiting for him to wake up as he's going to be offline for a while.

Appears you might need the installer CD or to change some code which seems a little extreme unless you know what your doing.

Hey

I have a brand new imac and thunderbold displaz.

initially the imac resolution was perfect 2560-1440. I connected the thunderbolt and they continued to be amazin.

i restarted my computer, and the resolution apparantly stayed the same, however it isnt as good as it was.

i could previously tile 12 tables with no overlap, now i cant, and in general everything just seems way too big (skype etc etc)

would love some help
