Below is the proposed points system. I have tried to come up with a system that means you don't necessarily have to get a dog to the final to be in with a chance, in that you could have amassed enough points in the early rounds to stand a chance.

Please have a look below and let me know tonight if I need to tweak anything.

Points System:

1st Round Heats 1st place: 5pts; 2nd place: 3pts; 3rd place 1pt - minus 5pts if eliminated at this stage

2nd Round Heats 1st place: 10pts, 2nd place: 6pts, 3rd place: 3pts - plus 2pts if eliminated at this stage

3rd Round Heats 1st place: 15pts, 2nd place: 8pts, 3rd place: 5pts - plus 5pts if eliminated at this stage

Quarter Finals 1st place: 20pts, 2nd place: 13pts, 3rd place: 7pts - plus 12pts if eliminated at this stage

Semi Finals 1st place: 25pts, 2nd place: 17pts, 3rd place: 10pts - plus 20pts if eliminated at this stage

Final 1st place: 75pts; 2nd place: 60pts; 3rd place: 50pts; 4th place: 40pts; 5th place: 35pts; 6th place: 30pts
