I thought I'd make a quick update before my first wsop event tomorrow, more to do with the fact that house mate LB44 shipped the Rio daily deep stack for $35k last night. What's incredible is that 3 housemates have made 4 finals between them in these Rio comps that have 1000+ runners in just over a week. Congrats to them that are already on the scoreboard, the pressure is on for me to do the same.

We moved into the house on Wednesday; Our stay at the Wynn was very nice and cash games have been good there too.

Running bad at the stt's at the rio. It's common to do last longer bets in these too so they've been expensive, for example I was 3 handed for 5k in lamers and 1.4k in last longer bets ($200 7 ways) and couldn't hold when I got it in good. A notable at this table was James Woods, academy award winner.

Running good in Chinese though Smiley

Anyway, congrats again to Liam, house morale is good and hope it continues.

Skipped the 600 at the Venetian yesterday, I think I made a mistake putting it in the schedule; the ones with multiple starting days are the good ones, this isn't one of them. I'd like to replace it with the $580 event from the carnivale of poker which is today, or wait for a weekend Venetian. Probably play today if I like the look of it.

Investors have option to refuse this and take refund if they wish but only if they make it clear soon. Sorry about the short notice, I'd imagine its fine with everyone though.

As for the one tournament I've played so far, I busted the 1500 wsop event on saturday shortly after dinner break, peaked at 2.5x starting stack before busting.

Sorry for the lack of updates, there just hasn't been anything too interesting going on. I've have only played 2x $1500 wsop events and have skipped 3 other tournies as far as the package is concerned. 2 being the Venetians in the weekdays which I'd like to find better tournaments to replace them, I haven't as of yet, I didn't end up playing the Carnivale one, and I skipped yesterday's 1k at the aria, I wasn't feeling very well and didn't want to take a chance on it when I felt that way.

Played a $2.5k event at the M resort called the Hollywood Poker Open, day 1 was going very well and had 130k at peak but had a horrendous last level and made day 2 with only 48k. I took a $55 taxi back to the place the next day to bust, not making the money. So that was pretty tilting. That tournament wasn't the value everyone thought it would be as word seemed to have gotten round to a lot of the pros and they too showed up to try and take a piece of the 500k guarantee which was smashed. $320k ftw, won by Ana Marquez. Played with a few big name pros like Bryn Kenney, Griffin Benger, Pratyash Buddiga and Giuseppe Panataleo.

Next tournament is the "mini one for one drop"
