took a lot of this on board when surviving the UKIPT Marbella bubble yesterday including not losing all with JJ v KK (the nice Spanish guy showed after I tank folded!) - only have 23 bigs into day 3 but only 49 of us left so let's see - hopefully a day getting further up prize pool if not then hotel swimming pool! Cheers

It depends how important the min cash is to you. If youre taking a shot then it makes sense to secure the min cash then open up, as long as youre aware its sub-optimal. Have to always keep in mind that prize pools are top heavy and in the long run your profitability in mtts will be dependent on top 3 scores. 1 big score can be 40-50 min cashes so if youre well rolled you should exploit the bubble, final table bubble, etc
