Teams you watched as a kid

Mere just posted on Shrewsbury thread that he used to watch them as a kid. Set the old memory banks off.

Am from London originally....we moved to farnborough, and remember the alternate weekends of walking along the canal to get in back entrance to watch them every other weekend. Highlight was popping to their shop and buying an old programme from a league game from even further back.
Then the other weekend we had season tickets at The Rec to watch Aldershot in the family bit. Happy memories of this bloke who used to sit behind us gradually getting more pissed off each week as the games went on and either leaving early in disgust, or getting chucked out for his dreadful language after one of the parents had complained. Meanwhile all the kids loved him because of his shouty swearing!
As an Arsenal fan, it was a momentous day when Terry Mancini left The Gooners to join The Shots for a season.
