201 runners the final count tonight

This makes 587 so far this week

and 413 required over two flights tomorrow to hit the magical 1000 for the £50,000 GTE

Never did I think this would hit the guarantee but I'm happy to be wrong for DTDs success.

See you tomorrow for 2 flights almost certainly.

Two big hands as I wander

Ben Vinson 2,000

Kevin Byrne 7,000

Vinson 12,000

Call

J-Q-7

Vinson leads, Byrne raises and Vinson shoves Aces. Byrne Kings.

River K to take Vinson down to 15,000 or 20x bb

--

Rich Abson with Aces flops A-8-4

Nice

His customer with 10-8 who called his raise in position pre, James McMillan, has 10-8

Turn 8. Nice card for him, not.

He doubles up Abson when it goes in on the river

Ships 9x bb with Q-J and the big blind sitting out

A lady ships 50xbb with 10-10

The button calls with A-Q

2-9-9-Q-4 for the button to send Bingham to the rail

Among the exits as I tour round are

Shane Cattell
Kevin Smith
Robert Baguley
Jamie Moult, short but not so sweet. The tournament not Jamie
teamonkey, curently walking past me far too frequently in shorts, hawaiian shirt and knobbly knees
Jamie Holland

Trying to find some big hands, but failing.

Am succeeding in finding hands such as Q-3 in the big blind defending to a raise and two calls

flop Q-4-A

Four way to the turn after action

K

Four way to the river after it checked round

J

Checked round

and the big blind finds Q-3 is good against an UTG raiser and two others!

My knees are NOT that knobbly, i am alas out, twould appear i still have not learnt the great skill of getting them chips in ahead and staying that way

great fun on my table though, will play another one of these when work and holidays allow

Not to knock the updates but they seem very sparse. Is it even worth your time updating it tighty? Maybe just do the final day on these smaller buy ins?

Think he truncated it due to very low view count & two long days to follow.

394 views in a full day (almost a record low for a Live Update) must be a bit demoralising for an Updater.

They ONLY work if there is feedback from viewers/readers.

I understand that Tikay which is why I'm suggesting just do day 3.

I just don't think there's interest in following a 50 quid freeze

The numbers suggest you are correct. As usual.

It may be that we were contracted to cover it, at our Sponsor's request. When something is Live Updated, as a general rule, it does actually add a few runners to the field, & the Guarantee on this one was a bit ambitious.
