I Put you All in!

Yes this one is meh. Etiquette? Invalid Bet? Valid Bet?
Happened to me a couple of times this weekend and although I called the floor, it was literally chuckled off as the decision made by the dealer was in his opinion the correct ruling, so the floor is therefore not needed. Haha. Although I again requested floor on second occasion, it simply got waved off.
Basically, we are on the turn and chip counts and such are as close to correct
Player 1 playing 50k
Player 2 playing 80k
Me playing 10k
Player 1 bets 400, Player 2 calls. I make it 1300. Player 1 calls. Then instantly, Player 2 declares "I put YOU all in". Then points at me.
What is the correct ruling in this spot please?

Player 2 obviously can't 'put you all in' but he can bet an amount that requires you to put all your chips over the line if you choose to call. It's pretty crass to verbalise the intention and in the circumstances, with Player 1 still involved it's a strange thing to do.
Make sure your chips are in a position where they are clearly visible and ask for confirmation of the bet size.

Thankyou for input David.
Didn't think I would get a reply as it is a blurgh question. But actually quite serious as changes the hand completely.
There is someone else in the hand that is last to act. and Player with everyone covered cannot physically put all my chips in the pot.
If it is ruled the bet is my stack 10k. Then all call, raise, fold options are available to Player 1 with 50k.
However, if it is ruled the bet is 80k, Player 1 is now having to make a decision for his tournament life.
So it effects everyone within he hand.

Anyone who uses this phrase might as well put a tattoo on their forehead reading "tosser"

I would rule this as a shove from player two, probably. What happens if the player says that he just bets the amount to put tommy all in, but then gets the dealer to count this stack? If he can't decide how much tommy has, then he has to make a bet, and neither tommy nor the dealer are obliged to reveal this information, just to make it accessible.

See honestly, I appreciate there were many players that may not have understood general rules at the tables this weekend as many seemed quite new. But when I have already declared to the table to please be clear on your bets, for it is happen several times, I just felt it was very rude and just caused the hand to maybe play out differently.

Not sure I'd go quite that far, but it does all sound a bit silly.
I put you all in, & raise you the Pub.

Isn't saying "I put you all in" the same as saying "pot" in a NLHE game?
