Embed code on blonde

Just found a cool website for cutting up youtube videos but it doesn't work with the youtube tags on Blonde.  Does anyone know to embed in the video in Blonde posts with the code it gives you as follows:

Only admin can embed code in a post. This is to prevent malicious scripts being placed intentionally or inadvertently.

YouTube code should be embedded the normal way. So if you do something with a video, save it and upload it to youtube so you can embed it on blonde.

Also, embedding something using flash will make it inaccessible to about half the users anyway who are using mobile devices.
