Hi,
Does anybody have any way of contacting pokerstars.com support other than via email which is the only form of contact they have advertised? A telephone number, live skype support, anything?
I've sent 4 emails over the last few days all with no reply. If anybody could help me out I'd really appreciate it.

Have you contacted them through the client? My experience of stars.com support is great. Dont think I've ever waited much longer than 20mins for a response.

One of my mates had 6 figs on there that he needed to transfer, he messaged them about transferring it and they rang him up within about 5 mins, so defo strange.

@MtSpewmore I wouldn't normally try so hard, but didn't have another opportunity I could wait for. I wasn't ready to surrender what I WANTED SO MUCH, that easily, I couldn't guarantee a call with me staying stoic and relying on a flinch "top pair" calling reflex.

Same, seems strange. he must have the lurgy lol. basic email support is joke quick, through client is fast too. can always pm some of the stars guys on 2+2 as they use there frequently. |
