Not quite as graphic as the title suggests.

A young lady colleague of mine had completed a Day to make a Difference event with Waverley Care and decided to help raise money for this charity. Michelle hasn't been too well herself this year and has spent a bit of time in hospital with further visits to come.

She has a great fear of heights and at short notice I decided to offer more than moral support by volunteering to join her in an abseil from the Forth Bridge next Sunday.

Waverley Care support individuals and their families suffering from HIV and Hepatitis C. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. I hope to get some good photos of the event to share in return
