Sunday Million, been playing ridic tight something like 6/4 over 89 hands but mainly cus been so barren with hands. Villain playing 12/6, until recently 8/4 ish.

Average at this point about 12k I think. Set out with plan from flop to set up for river shove.

Do u ever apply the brakes? Or just chuck in my 50p and accept as a gross spot?

By time river comes there obv possibility of at/22 and only aces I see in pf flat range that I beat are aj/a9 (plus busted fd's)...so do u consider check call river best move?
I'd have expected virtually every better hand to raise some street before now. Vs this particular opponent I feel like he definitely would. Most people that wait around hate getting sucked out on. I would be very sceptical on the river. But I'd shrug and shove. I wouldn't expect our opponent to try and bluff us, as we would be getting a very good price to call. Conversely, when we shove he is getting a good price to call. Its a funny hand, but I'm fairly sure bet/bet/shove is a perfectly acceptable line. I'm certainly not getting away from it, or looking at doing so. I might check/shove the turn.

I wouldn't normally try so hard, but didn't have another opportunity I could wait for. I wasn't ready to surrender what I WANTED SO MUCH, that easily, I couldn't guarantee a call with me staying stoic and relying on a flinch "top pair" calling reflex.
