I had an all in confrontation at Sheffield where I flipped my AA straightaway and asked "do you have a pair?" when he indicated a yes I asked what I needed to dodge and got no response.
Nor any response on a 6 9 K flop, 5 turn, K river
At which point he flipped KK

Can't be too careful with the information you give people you're playing against, obviously wouldn't want me to think that KK was in his 5bet ship range...

it wasn't me.

Not a slowroll, but at showdown on an ace high board your oppo declared "an ace"
You both flip an ace over. Then you asked "what with?" He shows his 9 kicker and you make a gesture indicating he's good before flipping you rivered two pair.
First time I've shared a table with you and you fulfilled expectations.

Yeah ok, course I did. Lol.

What was nearly as scandalous was you not value betting OTR. Two pair was obv good when he checks twice but an ace quite likely paid you off,

Probably a well worn path this one but what is it with these people.
Just play on a Friday night but getting one every week inc from a Blonde member who should no better.
Quads on a KKKxx board holding K4 (3way all in ) and a guy asking "what you have" on a
499TJ board. Thinks he's won with KQ and gets the good news when the scrote tables 99.
Tossers

no idea why but ive seen more in 6 weeks at Casino MK, some to me and some not than ive seen in my previous 6 years of poker.

almost become immune I think.  I just never take it for granted until theyve touched the muck or ive seen them nowadays.

it does seem a little more unfortunate when it is someone who should know better....

MK is the worrrrrrrrst for it

Try playing the OFC comp. Literally every hand contains at least one slow roll. So much fun...

karma for slowrollers
in luton g a long time ago, well about 6 years there was a guy i will call george ..big wet touching of lips..as i dont want to name him ,but any one from luton should know who it is....
in a competition the flop came ace ten three rainbow....he bet the lady at the other end of the table raised him he re raised she whent all in and he called ,
she promptley announced she had a set ....he replied under his breath....o very good i have a set as well....three or four of us up his end of the table heard him plus i could now see his hand he was holding for a set of aces, the lady had already turned her set of threes over....george turn your hand over i told him ...the dealer was counting the ladies chips which was taking 2 or 3 mineutes ...george dousnt turn his cards over but bussies himself with asking exactualey how much he needs to put in to match the ladies stack .....then about 5 mineutes after the lady has shown  in spite of being urged by the players to turn his hand over he almost as a after thought ,turns his hand over.....

he couldnt understand our laughter when the lady rivered quads....

Vegas this yr I saw the most brutal slowroll ever, all in ott $70k pot (think its QT3ddh 6x) this guy snap turns over QQQ and the other guy starts shaking his head then lifts his cards up to the dealer and says "look at dealer, how can I possibly miss that hand.? Half the fucking deck " then he slams his cards face down on the table and sys "yuo got it kid" then as the dealer reaches for his cards he picks them up and slams kj45 for the nuts over. Was obscene.

If got pretty good reads on slowrolls but I didn't see this one coming....

Jeez, how do you cope with a £45k slowroll?
Anyway, it appears I'm a bit precious and the slowroll is alive n well all over the world.
When in Vegas for Adam's 21st tho I don't recall any and played pretty solid for a week, must have run well.

It wasn't me thank god. Guy is a renowned wanker anyways and in his defence had pre-warned the table he was going to slow-roll everyone (with the exception of Ben Roberts, who he likes) Cheesy

Leeds Westgate PLO game for the slowroll king.  I wont name him but all the regs will know who I.m on about, the guy  is a legend for it, he even slowrolls a losing hand, so often (every time a bet is matched on a river card) that everyone is completely immune to it now and no one is ever suprised at which 4 5 or 6 cards he turns over.
