All-in buttons

I've seen these used in some places but not others. Is there a reason they're not universal, as they seem to be a good idea to help game flow, avoid misunderstandings that crop up from time to time, etc.?

Obviously an inexpensive thing to implement as well.

Nothing like a double handed stack shove though! Gotta make them chips look heavy to get a fold!
