Detox Recipes

Just having a mini detox as I've done my Xmas drinking and probs won't bother doing anymore!

Anyway I'm currently looking to:

- eat lots of water based fruit/veg.

- drink green tea

- drink hot water with fresh lemon, ginger and a bit of honey.

Anyone else got any detox recipes?

I'm a typical meat and potatoes caveman, so I bought one of those juicers that Sid posted about, and have been having a few of those through the week.

I'm going to do a full 5 day detox on it after xmas, and then just carry on having them alongside my meals to keep my 'veg' intake up.

I can email you the PDF of this plan if you want to take a look at it, and I have to say even the 'green' juices are pretty tasty.

Haven't read Sid's diary, but was just thinking of the juicing 'reboots' from reading the OP.

If you've not seen it, watch "Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead" which is a documentary about this.  Well worth a viewing, although no need to do the extreme version that it documents.  As a pure detox, you could maybe do a 3 day version of this.
