definitely this
whatever he has called with on the flop doesnt ever lose much equity vs your hand on the turn.
if turn checks through pretty happy taking a thin v bet on the river. 2/5ths or so

As played I think c/fold >>>>>>>>>>shove > c/call, especially since his preflop stats heavily imply passivity.
As Dan said I think checking turn for pot control is best here, I'd expect him to play the turn pretty honest, he's not gunna take off and bet turn and river with bluffs or turn Tx into a bluff. His weak Ax and sometimes some Qx I'd expect to bet a pretty small size so we can comfortably c/call and c/fold if he smashes river
