In a battle of the old timers Maurice Samuels raises and Victor Bunting, short-stacked shoves. A third player Richard Wong folds to the shove and Samuels calls with A-K, and he is up against 5-6
Wong tells the table
"I folded pocket Tens"
to general bemusement
He throws his hands on his head when the flop comes Q-10-10
the turn is a 2
when the river comes a (presumably a fifth one in the pack) Ten as well, Wong looks a little sheepish.
The table has been taking the mickey ever since
GO AND TELL THAT CHINESE KID , THAT I AM THE ONLY CHINESE THAT DONT TELL PORKIE!

biggest chip counts from the tables currently on dinner
Janis Nikolovskis 150,000
Nathan Davies 125,000
Julian Thew 115,000
George Dempsey 115,000
Garry Hallows 110,000
Simon Hyde 110,000
Michael Kossov 110,000
News reaches me that Julian won his big pot with K-7 on 8-6-2-Q-x being good on the river against a missed flush draw
If I find him, I will try and get the hand start to finish, sounds like a fun one

The Julian Thew hand, he nipped back home in the break as it is his son's birthday!
In mid position with K-7 he made it 1200 at 300-600 as you do
the small blind makes it 3200
Julian calls
small blind 5200
Julian calls
small blind 11,000
Julian all in 39,000
tank call with
blank on the river to double Julian up :-)

Rehman Kassam is out on the frist hand of Level 7
He shoves QQ into KK and AA, which is a trifle unfortunate!
--
Matt harris is back where he was half an hour ago
He made it 1200
Raggy Clarke 3600
Matt 8500
Raggy all in 49000
Matt call with
Raggy
to double Clarke up

Well goodnight from me. AA beaten by 9,10dd as he turns a straight.
Probably messed up my bet sizing pre and post flop but Hey Ho.
Great work Tighty.

UTG raises to 1300
He is flatted and then Matt Harris makes it 4000
both flat
A-Q-8 rainbow flop
check, bet 6500. Harris flats
the UTG raiser folds 10-10
9 turn
bet 22,000 Harris all in
call
A-K v A-J Harris
A-K holds to knock out Harris
--
Jason herbert up to 27,000 doubling with Aces against Tens
He then had A-Qcc on a KJxcc board and rivered a ten to win another pot against a missed club flush draw

Michelle Bennett raises to 1600 UTG+1
Anonymous flats
John Bonadies short stacked all in on the small blind for 10975
Bennett all in for 19325
Anon fold
Bonadies A-A
Bennett Q-Q
9-J-Q-8-10
Split pot
The range of facial expressions through this hand was fun.
