Is it just me or do these videos look much older than they are? Some of the clothes are unreal. Devil fish yellow shirt is so early 1990s. Does bush possess a pair of jeans and/or a tee shirt not sponsored by reebok. I saw him at dtd for the sky event earlier in the year and I was sure he had the same outfit on (tracksuit bottoms reebok t shirt and trainers) as this video.
Awesome to watch none the less. Oh to be ten years older and have enjoyed these glory days!

How many of the UK top 100 in terms of cashes are busto now?
I take it Carlo Citrone has paid back the £700 k of unsecured debt he had as he is still playing poker at reasonable buy-ins?

The real question is how much of the supposed amount of cashes they have had, before buyins lifetime are deducted, have they actually had for themselves after selling action and swopping. Deduct exes which include betting shops hookers drugs restaurants night club booze and table games etc etc after this then deduct real life living expenses on top of that and you will understand why poker is the biggest investment myth in the world. The Hendon mob does a great job of selling it to the masses though.

arbboy you cant take away restaurants and nightclubs lol, office workers eat and party too you know? They may even like to have a bet too.
Some great potential stars avatars in the documentary.
Hightlights included
- Gary's "fiance" visibly disturbed by his cat (not sure why but found this hilarious)
- Trumpers over-celebrating when winning a hand
- Hellmuth legit thinking the documentary had turned into a show about him
What kind of brm do you think these guys were using? Do you think they were swapping/selling? Whole thing really interesting. Did any of the 3 convert to online at all?

I know Carlo does really well in live cash.
He has a playing style, personality and contacts that means he will always be able to make a pretty decent living. Plus he seemed to 'get' the circuit. While Garry was punting in the betting shop he was talking about grinding the nightly sat.
Did lol at the $120k a year of tournie cashes tho (wasn't the dollar $2/£1 then as well). Pretty sure minimum wage is a better hourly. There was a scene at the cash desk where one of them was chopping up a $16k bink too. Felt so sad for that guys Russian missus too. Wonder if he told her about living with his mum when he met her.

Gary was in Vegas this year Ryan, you must have seen him in the rio, always had a t shirt on from a vegas casino. Think he was on same flight out as you too.

Got to defend one of my best mates Garry Bush.
Since the making of this video he has turned it around massively.
I'd be very surprised if he isn't now one of the 100 biggest winning gamblers in the country.
Plays poker only for fun these days, and was only in Vegas this summer to visit his son who lives there with his ex wife. (This picture

is Jake studying the Racing Post with Bushy's son Louis)
He still has his degen moments, but I doubt there is a gambler I trust more in the country. And might be the funniest guy I've ever played poker with.

That's good to hear Keith. I bet so few people turned it around.
I've never played against him nor met him and so as a completely impartial and unbiased viewer I did think he came across as a degen and would have guessed he'd be skint now etc.
Good on him, great to hear that he's become a big success.

Yes, my comments were banter and certainly most of my good friends and me have a few of the traits he shows in the video. He's always been good when I have played with him and didn't mean any offence; mine were a sort of compliment ha ha. Dont thinks its comes across great ten years on.....got me thinking tho how I would feel if a TV programme was made with me at my "worst" and how I'd feel ten years on. Guess it comes with the territory of doing it but the thought filled me with dread ha ha

When Bushy's missus moved over from Russia for the first time Garry installed her in his mum's house.
That evening he phoned me and said "I have just heard the two words I have always dreaded the most and fill me with fear"
"What are they Bushy?"
"Home Improvements"

I think this is the other doc that people might be confusing with it.
http://explore.bfi.org.uk/4ce2b88e65ed1
I'd love it if someone can put that one up on youtube pls&ty. Director with a massive agenda, a couple of players were sharp enough to see it coming and backed out of filming, but a couple of players volunteered to put their head in the noose...
