Robert Yong

"How annoying. 96 entries in PLO- just 4 short. Guess it's prob still a record for a £500 PLO. I checked the database, we have 171 unique players that have played a PLO comp so there is defo a lack of PLO tourney players. If we do it next time we need to qualify 10-20 players who cannot afford the £500 buy in, still like PLO. Thanks for support "

Dave Shallow is out 6th

He had JJ into Craig McCorkell's QQ to double him up and swap stacks

Down to 300k or 30x bb

He reshipped in the small blind over a min button raise from Dan Rudd and was called

Shallow Q-J, Rudd A-A. Aces held to double Rudd up

Down to 5x bb he shipped A-7 and lost

Any further news on High Roller event, please ?

Results are on the DTD site now.  There aren't going to be any more updates so I am not going to spoil anything.

The top 4 were

Sion
McCorkell
Rutter
Rudd

In that order

Today

1b of the Main Event at 12pm, late registration until 9pm

Simon Trumper wrote as follows last night

"Hi All please remember Day 1c of the £500,000 guaranteed £1000 Sky Main Event is a Freezeout so if you want to try twice you need to play tomorrow as can only re enter following day, it will also help us out if you can play tomorrow as we expect to be full on Thursday so you will avoid being an alternate."

and the final 10 seat GTD Mega sat into the Main event at 8pm tonight. £50 rebuy
