First impressions here for me. Fold pre. Its going to be horrible playing this hand OOP all the way.
Guess im not being very helpful here but the whole line felt a little weird to me. If he does have a genuine hand here
we are in bother obviously. Prefer to at least wait a hand until we have position over this guy. Make our life easy.
Massive nit here though so take it with a pinch of salt.

Pre is very meh but nowhere near as bad as anyone who thinks it is terrible is (I dont mean you sulphur).

I think this is pretty frisky and a touch optimistic. Its a big buyin though so you might get more folds than normal. I think we are probably winning when he folds a bunch so there are other better lines to take, such as c/c turn and c/c river. Why did you c/r turn?

yeh im fine to generally never have a flatting range in sb in these positions, but with the bbs stack, i think splitting our sb range to call some, 3bet some is perfectly fine and jt can absolutely be part of either.

as played, flop is really just too much, its extremely important we have overcards in our range here, btu jsut go for all suited combos so that we can hit more turns.

as played, turn is super spewy, getting to this turn with our range, were gonna have a bunch of vunerable one pair hands and thus dont want to raise ANYTHING for value, because of the way our range has been constructed getting to the turn we dont want to bluff almost anything except perhaps qjs, because the combos are very very few if at all, we absolutely dont need to extend to weak top pair weak kicker for value.

Personally don't like having JTo in my flatting range pre here. Going to be really tough to be profitable unless this guy is really quite bad. I'd never personally make this float oop with just 2 overs and backdoor SD, seems optimistic. Not really sure why you've decided to c/r the turn? It certainly makes the river tough when called as I have no idea where you are in the hand and villain can still have basically all the nutted stuff. I feel like you're way more likely to get him to fold better than call with worse... but the whole line just seems spewy to me. I'm willing to be convinced about pre, turn and river, but cant see flop float ever being a good idea on this board. You're basically just repping a set for value by the river... and that's a pretty dangerous game to play.

So I think I should maybe explain this hand a little.

I was playing this hand at street level. police

Villain in the hand and I had quite the dynamic going in the lead up to this hand. He had big chips, he was being utterly aggressive from late positions/when in position. My counter was taking him to the streets every chance I had. He was terrible aggressive post flop, he would double barrel an awful lot and continue against non passive actions very very little. I had mugged him out of almost 30k chips in the past hour.

So I floated flop to try and realise my equity vs his entire range.

Turn is essentially the nuts vs this guy. I felt this guy would continue vs a c/r on the turn vs me with the current dynamic if he'd caught any of the flop, had a made smaller pair, had overcards, smaller T, open ender, any equity essentially as this would be like the 5th time he' been c/r in the last hour. I felt this range had far more combo's than combo's we are beaten by, to and extent that we can legit raise JTo for value. I think raising to protect our current equity is something to consider too.
He uses 80s of the timebank and calls.

With the dynamic and the time taken I felt that I looked really fos by this point in his eyes. This may sound preposterous, but I felt I had to jam here to maintain my perceived image.
I felt I could legit get calls from 77s and 99s that block the nut straight too much for me to be able to have it.
Likewise wouldn't be the first time for me to see a hero from 9T, T7, 89, 67, 78 who are all in similar blockerly spots.
It can also get better Tx and overpairs to sometimes fold but these instances are far more rare than the above instances.
210s timebank later he folds.

So yeah, I had my reasons for playing the hand this way. Probably a little immature to try and push for this much value having looked back on it. Really wish I'd c/called turn and river, a far more +$ev line, the first spot I'd had vs him where I could have happily shown down.
