Think I'm going to quit online poker.
I broke even in 2012, now I've lost in in 2013.
It's folly to blame variance for so long.
Don't think I can beat it any more, might just play the odd Sunday for fun.

I will try to:
Remember that 99% of the stuff I fret about doesn't really matter, and that the other 1% is probably beyond my control.
Find pleasure in as many things as I possibly can, especially the everyday stuff.
Be tolerant, give people the benefit of the doubt.
Try to do something nice for someone every day.
Travel more, even if it's only locally.
See more, even if it's just seeing familiar things from a new perspective.
Smile.

If you managed to beat poker before, then you can beat it again. You just need to put a lot more effort into it these days, if you're not prepared to do that then quitting is fair.
What games have you been playing out of interest? And what sort of sample size are we talking?

For next year, I intend to avoid watching the TV news.
I find myself getting very angry at so many things we have to put up with in this country, and I am clearly behind the times in what we should socially accept.
Good manners, chivalry, etc seem to be things of the past, and insisting on them from others gets me into too much trouble. That will be shelved also.
Sad, but I need to lower my BP somehow!

This is a tremendous goal more people should try. I have tried it on and off all year. So much of the news is literally there to evoke fear and is unlikely to actually impact our lives directly. IMO it's our addiction to news that has actually made UKIP a thing.
Sadly like most people, I just find myself turning on Sky News when I have five mins to kill. I think Kay Burley is kinda evil, though cant prove it yet.

$100k year online.
Keep working hard.
Prove I'm the best O8 Tourney player in the world.
2.5 out of 3. I imagine most regs would say I'm in the top tier but not really sure on whether they'd say #1. My goal for 2015 is to set better goals.
