Nicholas Gott won for £35,000 and a WPT500 seat

He beat Phil Steer heads up

Phil and Alli Mallu made the final table with 50m of the 100m in play between them

With 7 left Phil raised and Alli shoved over the only player at the table covering him

With 10-2



Phil called, presumably not in the Mallu master-plan, with A-K

A-K held, Alli was out and Phil had half the chips in play

He finished 2nd

here is a better summary, the Grand Prix final by the numbers

Grand Prix Round Up:
Total Entries: 2013
Prizepool: £251,265
Winner: Nicholas Gott, £35,000 + WPT500 seat
Unique people in the building Saturday: 630+
Total Last Longer Pool: £11,275
Last Longer £3,000 seat winners: Alli Mallu, Phil Gould, Leo Rahman
Golden Chips made Day 2: 42
Unfortunately there were no Golden Chip Winners
There were 100 winners of WPT500 seats that were included in the prizepool.
