i need a crash course in these i am ITM in one of these 6/205/4919 (4$)

average bounty is worth a massive jump in the ladder should i be gambling to pick up bounties?
while negating my chance of going deeper

what sort of % of my stack should i gamble with to get bounties?

Bounty wise they are very top heavy with the winner getting the lions share from the bounty percentage is my understanding.

I'm definitely nowhere near the best person on this forum to talk about this sort of thing, but since no one else has said anything I'll have a go!

If we think about our starting stack as of equal value to our but in, then we can work out how much every bounty is in chips, and consider when a guy is all in that that new figure is what we stand to win if we call, although we still only have to call the original bet. So Yh, I'd be gambling and going after the big bounties with a wider range than if this was a standard tournament. I'd also be looking for any excuse to enter pots with these big bounty stacks.

Most of the money is up top, not just the prize pool for 1st/3rd, but also the accumulation in bounties. I would avoid marginal spots to get a bounty.

Good thing is in bounty hunters, people will gamble for bounties. When they lose they become the shortstack, and they are ideal to pick off with our strong hands.

And quite often these types of player have a good bounty on them.

Imo, it's a mistake to chase bounties (with very marginal holdings) and is way better to play solid to get to the FT/ Win it, where getting to the FT, and especially if we win, the £ in the bounties is significantly more.
