so after my dinner date canceled i went for the healthy option of a KFC tonight. Went for the mighty bucket for one as this looked like the biggest option for a single person and being on a diet i didn't want to eat for 2. but 2 pieces of chicken 2 fillets and 2 spicy wings with fries didn't sound quite big enough so asked them if they could give me a 3rd piece of chicken a 3rd fillet and a 3rd wing. NOPE can not do that can get the 3rd piece of chicken and the 3rd fillet but the option was 2 more wings.
FFS i am on a diet i didn't want to eat 4 wings and i dont believe in wasting good food so couldn't buy 2 eat one and leave the other one and no homeless on the street in that part of elgin i could give it too so i had to do without. Now i am hungry when i wouldnt have had to eat for atleast another 30 minutes if KFC could of supersized my mighty bucket. RANT OVER

Not sure if you're serious about the diet thing there Iron?

Maybe you're being sarcastic but it's surprising how many people think KFC is actually healthy "because it's chicken"........

Healthier than his usual bucket of deep-fried mars bars.

It's all relative.

Had some blood tests done yesterday (had hundreds done before but not tested this seemingly) there is a huge likely hood that this is causing a lot of the problems that have stopped me playing poker for along time, some pills and a few weeks and hopefully will be back on the felt maybe virtual and after my op at end of year the sweat and tears of a casino.

Is stars still the best places for progressive knock outs and o8?

Most of the O8 comps on Stars now have 3x re-entry available.

There's been a big push on the progressive KOs/Bounty Builders, and there's more than ever now.

29 years ago today, a body of young men all aged 16. Headed to a place called Colerne, half way between Bath and Chippenham. For the next 12 months we were molded into an Elite Raoc fighting machine plus the rct (not so elite). I proud to say I snuck in under the line by 48 hours having my 17th birthday just 2days later. (don't ask but I will only be 23 this weekend). The day will always be one of best days in my life, although I have never been so scared.

not been doing much for quite awhile now, only going out the house for hospital and health centre appointments. Had my 12 year old nephew staying with me for a few weeks over the summer holidays (they went back last week in scotland). Anyway the last week he was here we started playing pokemon go together, well should i say i drove him to pokestops and put lures on them for him sat there for 30 minutes while we catch some pokemon and restock our balls.

We even went for walks on the dry days and hatched an egg or 2 , should i say he walked and pushed my chair and we stopped when pokemon appeared. So when he went back i have now decided to carry on playing pokemon for 2 reasons  first get me out the house to the stops to get balls and eggs and second to get me fit again even if it just pushing myself round the block a few times a day with the gradients and road surface each lap can get the heart rate up.

Up untill pokemon go came out i had never heard of a pikachu and still dont know much about whats a good pokemon and whats a bad one but i think this is one app on my phone i am going to keep. Despite the bad press in some areas with people driving while playing and going to unsafe places this is one great fitness app IMHO. Is anyone else playing this game ? or am i the only saddo

There is a thread about it here.

Feel free to bump it.  Been playing with my kids much of the summer.  Great for getting them out of the house.  I even got them out to the park in the rain a couple of days ago.
