He was a true character of the game and he helped to take poker to where it is today.

What a legend.  I remember playing some PLO side event with him at an Irish Open several years ago.  Someone took away Mickey Wernick's bacon roll before he had finished it and all hell broke loose at the "theft".  Poker was more fun in those days!

It's a great read.

The Mrs bought it me for Christmas a year or 2 ago, I remember I finished it well before NY.
