It was a wonderful day, the first time I have had the opportunity to go and watch it, this years cavalcade was the biggest they have ever had and the vehicles were magnificently turned out, many had travelled from different parts of Europe for the day.
The majority of the shops in town closed for the day to allow the staff to join in the celebrations, May 9th is normally a bank holiday in the Channel Islamds.
....and the sun was shining 😄
