Just to clarify,
Mantis says that kukushkin is a “tree-hugging leftie” based on his personal view of kukushkin’s occupation and posts in this thread

kukushkin calls Mantis a “clueless and ignorant prick” based on his view of Mantis posts

Maybe Cos could come and arbitrate. There’s never an nternet policeman around when you need one though.

Mantis posts for reactions.

You can't jump on the guy because he reacted!

 Cheesy

Don't we all post for reaction?

I sure don't aim to post to a void. I'm sure Kush doesn't either.

I get sick of people calling each other trolls every time they don't agree, which ever side of the argument I agree with. That's when you know it has reverted to the basest of childish name calling..

It has nothing to do with disagreeing with him. If someone posted equally ridiculous stuff in support of remain/progressive socialism, I’d be just as strongly against it.

Personally haven't seen anything wrong with Mantis' posts, not the ones I've read anyway. Whether I agree with them is irrelevant, they're generally articulate, appear to be genuine and are in no way offensive.

KKK definitely bites and doesn't do his corner any favours when doing so, just makes me not want to read his posts. He may have some valuable contributions but unfortunately those few rants spoil what may be some decent stuff.

I'm saying this as an impartial observer with no particular agenda on the whole Brexit thing. I believe that the original vote should be upheld but that isn't because of my views on what the vote was about it's because I believe that a second vote would destroy my faith in democracy.

If I had to choose a side I'd go with the whole brexit means brexit thing. I genuinely think that if we leave with no deal it won't be a problem at all. It may be tough for a few months, maybe even a few years but long term I think everything will be just dandy, I have no strong feeling either way though

May distrust of politicians has reached new heights as a result of this that's for sure. I think it's time for a huge shake up of the whole system but that's highly unlikely to happen unfortunately so I'll just get back in my box and watch the world go by with a smile on my face.

Good post. As always with Mantis, let’s just check the last contribution........He says British companies being encouraged to move to France is like a war.

Sorry, let me clarify, a negative reaction towards his comments.

You post what you think, some times you get a response, other times you get a negative reaction, obviously no one is posting hoping for a void.

Mantis is purely posting things to invoke a negative reaction in my opinion.

For clarity, I mostly agree with KKK's posts, but when he rants it spoils all the good work and, imo, takes away his credibility and gives Mantis a clear advantage, (Not to mention a shedload of ammunition)

He then exacerbates the problem by defending it rather than holding his hands up and moving on.

If you think me and Mantis are in some sort of competition, then I’d suggest you haven’t fully understood how ridiculous most of his posts are.

I’m not defending the name calling.

Shortening someone's name to KKK is less bad than calling someone a prick?

I do agree with your view on his posts.

Mr K. I'm afraid you are the one who doesn't understand why Mantis posts the way he does.

With your help, he achieves exactly what he sets out to achieve.

Posting for a reaction on a forum that desperately needs more posts is all part of the high level service I provide

A cuckoo who keeps saying ‘ridiculous’ repeatedly adds very little imo, more like a parrot than a cuckoo really

The French are embarking on a business war, like a trade war. The question is how do we retaliate. As you do in a war.

Saying ‘ridiculous’ doesn’t provide solutions

It does to crossword clues, 10 letters, 'open to mockery'.

Yes it is.

Likening shortening someone's name to KKK with calling someone a prick is more your problem than anyone else's. DUCY?

Why not compare having your name shortened to KKK with me having my forum name shortened to EP?

Is having your name shortened to KKK less bad than shortening my name to EP?
