Sky Poker TV will be uploading 4 or 5 Videos per day from Las Vegas. They don't contain spam.

These include....

Daily WSOP Updates.

Neil Channing's Video Diary

The Daily Moan (tongue in cheek).

Interviews with the good, the great, & the not so great.

Interviews with the Sky Poker qualifiers.

We have already interviewed.....

Chris Moorman

Simon Trumper

Simon Deadman

Fraser Bellamy

These Videos will be released daily, 2 or 3 per day.

I'll post links to them as & when they get uploaded.

It's not Level 3 stuff, it's just "vicarious Vegas" for those who have never, & maybe will never, do the WSOP & Vegas.

Very professional.

One take?

Cue cards?

Where can I get one of those T shirts with the convex front panel?

Not sure if I'm being whooshed here, but......

One take, yes.

Cue cards, no, all ad-lib, hence the little verbal stumbles. The Producer just says "this is what I want" & then I just make it up.

For a belly like that, you need to eat Burger & Chips + 2 Choc Ices & 5 Starby's every day for a month. And I have.

For the Daily Update, I had made some notes on my ippy as prompts.

Just "PLO", "Tax", "Colman" "Ryan", that sort of thing.

Nope, no whooshing. I thought you did a good job, enthusiastic and informative. You reminded me of Patrick Moor, who, come to think of it, was also a sky presenter.

Ahh, thank you Tom.

For "enthusiastic", the the jargon is "high energy", hence I have to do that shouty thing sometimes. They like high energy, or shouty. Odd really, as in real life I'm the complete opposite. I attended football matches for the best part of 30 years, & never cheered once, it is just not me. Patrick Moore "Sky Presenter", ooh, very good. I've got a pair of those trousers he used to wear, too.

I've always considered myself to me a quiet type but of late, during conversations, especially with groups, I keep catching myself speaking very loudly.

If I'm telling a story I not only raise my voice, but I've started to act out the parts of the people involved in the tale. So if, for instance I'm describing a fight, I will throw a punch then fling my head sideways and stagger backwards. Sort of acting and reacting.

I also shift position when describing conversations, He said..  (I face left) and then she said.... (I face right).

It's getting worse too. I'm at the stage now where if someone else is talking, I sort of hurl myself in front of them and pick up where they were forced to leave off.

It's as if I can't wait to hear what I'm going to say next.

The worrying thing is, I don't know if this behavior began recently or if I've always done it and only just noticed.

Enthusiasm can rarely be a bad thing Tom, especially in someone of your considerable years.

Just done a wonderful interview with Jason Somerville. He totally shocked me, it never occurred to me he could be so smiley & enthusiastic. His 78 day Twitchathon got a staggering number of unique views. Now there is someone who is doing something to help online poker grow.

With players like Little Danny & Jason Somerville, we'll be alright.

Here's the interview with Lord Twitch, Jason Somerville.

Jason is a rarity - a Pro who can prove he earns his sponsorship fee. Rare beast, that. Can't think of any others who can do that.

The Daily Moan.

Poker players should dress properly, right?

Superb stuff, chaps.

They've recently started charging a full resort fee at the Nugget, and you'd think the world was coming to an end, as far as the Americans are concerned.

That's it, I'm done with Vegas!

I use the internet anyway, so it doesn't actually cost me anything, and I just factor it in to the costs.

Agree about the £5 bottles of water though Cheesy
