Hi guys, some advice needed. I am in process of making two transfers for this week. However, when I click confirm transfer I get this warning message popping up:

It seems to be saying that if I make these transfers then I will be deducted 4 points. Yet I thought you got two free transfers per week? Have I misunderstood something?

Ignore the above... did not realise you only get one free transfer per week. My bad.

Money back for 3rd gets my vote, probably best I can hope for after my start!

I like the play of using the all out attack chip week 1, it's pretty unlikely it will be of any use to me as I always end up with a base price midfielder after an early wildcard.  However it's still early but I could see there being lots of value in the 7-8.5 million range in midfield this year and not so much in the 9 mill + strikers (aguero aside) so it could be possible to have a strong attacking squad.

how many people are going to get caught out with the friday kick off and the line ups having to be confirmed tonight rather than tomorrow morning

those last minute injuries and team news might cause some people problems

well you need to leave money (without doing transfers) for when chelsea/city are at home, but lots of weeks it seems having those city/chelsea players will be way worse than say having barkley/montero/payet etc

Sample size is a little small for making them assumptions. I think having Aguero/Hazard over 38 gameweeks will be better than trying to cherry pick them especially with player price changes. I do believe having some money in the bank is good but not as much as 4mil

Just about avoiding it.

Rooney to Aguero
Mane to Albrighton

Will have to do those tonight before the Aguero price increase. Watching briefs for Hazard and Kane for now.

Need a Benteke blank tonight or it has been a very poor start.

How often to price values of players move around?

This helps - http://www.fplstatistics.co.uk/

When a player reaches +100 - his price will rise by 0.1 at midnight that night.

When a player reaches -100 - his price will fall by 0.1 at midnight that night/

Price rises and falls are dictated by transfers in and out.

It is not an exact science as the algorithms behind price fluctuations are tweaked every year but this site tends to be accurate. Team value is a massive part of the game.

i need a benteke to hit headlines tonight

i have planned to swap aguero in for rooney
but was thinking of letting hazard go for an arsenal midfielder instead of the Leicester duo

Activated mine yesterday, I was going to lose too much value with Rooney, Walcott, Sinclair and Coates and miss the bandwagons.

Nightmare week for me.  I plan on overreacting and using my wildcard to change the team completely.
