not sure we'll get 20 runners, but we can try
For this week only again we will not include thursday night's game so the deadline for entries and money is Sunday afternoon. this gives it every chance of attracting entries

if necessary we would include the play offs to complete this
the "don't repeat a pick" rule used for the regular season would lapse before the play-offs. people would have a free pick each week in the post season
