I saw this a while back on Facebook.
It's just unsolvable without making a series of assumptions, which it's impossible to say if they are correct.
Not sure if you can say because the 5 petal blue flower has a value of 5 that each petal = 1 thus the 4 petal flower = 4. It's plausable and somewhat logical, but not a definite solution.
Similarly with the double yellow flower symbol... it could be [yellow flower]*[yellow flower], or it could have a value of 2*[yellow flower], or it could be an entirely distinct symbol.
Making best-guess assumptions, my solution would be 1+20*4 = 81, but the mathematician in me says it's just unsolvable (his name is Bruce)

mathematically, without making assumptions, this is unsolvable as the third part of the equation has two unknowns in it due to the blue flower not being the same as the previous blue flowers in the first and second equations

if we are allowed to assume that the number of petals = the value of the flower, then the answer would be 81
